Score Wizard ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Score Wizard mobile application (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Score Wizard does not collect any personal information through the app. The app does not contain analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks.
The only personal information we may receive is what you voluntarily provide when contacting us for support — for example, by filling out the support form, emailing us, or posting on our Facebook Page. We retain only the information necessary to address your support request.
The Service makes use of the device camera and the TrueDepth API provided by Apple. The only use of this information is to track the user's eye blinks so that the user can control the Service's page turn functionality by blinking. None of the information collected by the TrueDepth API ever leaves the user's device nor is it persistently stored on the device.
The information you choose to share with Score Wizard through support correspondence may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Israel and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data to Israel and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Score Wizard will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Since Score Wizard does not collect personal data through the app, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting information from children. Support correspondence from minors is handled with the same care as all other inquiries.
